We had booked a complete package for goa with air tickets for two rooms in a so called three star hotel... its called the maizons lake view resort... which in no case is three star. it has such pathetic rooms with no geyzers in the bathroom. the food served to us was in such a pathetic condition even people in prison are served in a better manner. when we complained to them they came to hit us, i mean can you believe it, you go and tell somebody that you have a problem so please solve it and the manager comes to physically abuse you... we had already paid for the whole trip so did not know what to do... we had gone to goa for the first time and dint know anything about the place... when we called people at indiatimes they say please give an email complain and refuse to give us their managers number.. having sent the email also alwaysthe email comes undelivered... and the phone call still a waste, the hotel people say you can leave the hotel and when we asked them to give us our money back they say talk to indiatimes people... they charged us so much... in prices less than that we immediately shifted to two very good rooms in a very good hotel nearby. it is sheer exploitation on the part of indiatimes on their side using their goodwill to harass people... we paid to indiatimes more than four times what it was worth and did not even use it.
