Neither delivered nor refunding the money

I ordered Automatic blood pressure machine on Dec 05 . The blood pressure machine is not delivered till now.

I asked for the refund. Now the Indiatimes shopping does not response to email.

The order no is 113492998. I paid around 1800 rs on Dec 05. Please help me to refund my money.
