I purchased a Mp3/MP4/Video player through Indiatimes shopping based on an in Times of India almost a month ago. As we received the product we found that the video quality was defective. I tried to reach customer assistance phone and could not get hold of them. So, I registered a complaint through e-mail and got a number SHOP-352818. No respose for long time. Somehow got through the Indiatimes phone support and got a complaint ref as 8263 with a promise that the issue will be addressed in 5 days. Waited for a week. No response. Called again. Got a cool answer that the complaint was not registered due to some system issue. Got another complaint ref 14272 with a promise of 24 hours resolving. Waited for one week again. No response. Trying to connect to customer support. Even after 30 mins, there is no way to get hold of a customer executive. The frustration is so high that I want to bring these guys to the visibility of all Indiatimes shoppers to understand their true colours.
