I had done a purchase from itbc online and I was charged twice and had shipped the item also twice. I had rejected one item and even before the item was shipped I rang them up as well as mailed about the additional order triggered. (I got two mails for order confirmation that is how I understood there were two orders generated).
From then onwards I had wrote almost 32 mails in all ids they had provided. I rang them up more than 60 times. All the CSRs say issue will be resolve within a day but nothing happened nor response for the mails no contact other than the mail id and the phone they give me.
This is the most pathetic online shopping and service I have expereience in my life worldwide.
I really doubt whether ITBC is a fraud company or not.
