My name is Toshendra Mathur. I have requested for a subscription against a payment made by me through Credit Card. The amount of Rs. 780 was debited for by Living Media India Limited on 4th Feb. However till today I havent started receiving the magazines.
Please let me know what has gone wrong. You have taken money from me but now you are not sending the subscription. Not expected from Living Media India Limted. Please help me.
