Completely misguided about the product
I have purchased DVD player from india today group thru there telemarketing. during conversation Model number of DVD player was not confirmed and when repeatadely asked whether the DVD player will be supporting USB it was confirmed The DVD player will support USB. it can easy tu use pen drive.
during interaction it was confirmed that DVD player will be with USB player. it was confirmed twice.
But actual product received was without USB support. it was requested atleast 5 times online to check and resolve matter. but still no response
