India Book Today Book Club cheating the consumers and taken them for granted by fruadant claims through promotional Emails through IRCTC. It was shocking to see that Indian Railway's IRCTC is part of this shameless deal.
ITBC is sending few useless worn-out books through VPP and charging us Rs. 699 Rs. 50 and asking us to claim the free gift upon web registeration. It happened to me twice, and I didn't get any of their free gifts even after registering on their web sites.
The Holiday offer worth Rs.5000/-, which was another shabby episode that nobody would like to venture into it.
I could see similat complaints also earlier on this forum, is there any action taken on them? Please act fast to stop this nuisense from India Today Book Club.
