I have made several purchases before with ITBC but was never satisfied. About 1 months ago I got several call from this club that my name has been chosen as the winner of the 2 lakh diamond voucher and I should make a payment for Rs19000 Rs 2392 for their so-called Gold Gift box. After getting this call for many times I made the silliest mistake of my life by hearing to them. I have got so many calls after that from ITBC they have made mr purchase products more than worth Rs 50000/- but have not still given any coupon ir vouchers. My transaction details are given below -
First Order No - 880138327 this was for Samsung LCD TV 22 which I have not yet received.
Second Order No- 880138326 this is for their Gold-Gift box.
After that they made me do one more transaction of Rs 7498 the order id for which I don t remember now.
After that they again made me pay Rs. 4998 for which order no is 880139923. And there is one more transaction of Rs 17000 .
All my savings are finished now. Can somebody please help me in registering a formal complain against them. I really want this company to shut down.
I want all my money credited back to my account for all the products I have not received.
I urge to people to never ever listen to their phone calls, they are just a bunch of cheaters who only fool and cheat people.
