Hi,
I have purchased Tata Indigo CS Vehicle # MH14 BK -6054, a year back from B.U.Bhandari, Pune.
I was provided with 3 free service coupon.
I have given my vehicle for second free service at B.U.Bhandari, Wakad Pune and provided teh list of complaints many of which are problems in make of vehicle. My vehicle usage is quite low and vehicle has just run 5000 KMs in 1 year.
I have received a call from above service centre for details of charges and i was shocked at the charges revealed by above service centre.
The service Manger was telling me even if he touched a vehicle and washed it, it would cost me INR 500, if he change the oil, it would cost me INR 2000 .
Given the fact, the complaints, I have told were problems of factory make, It should be free of cost or nominal charges when vehicle is already under warranty and 3 services are free of cost.
I request you to look into the matter ASAP and stop thus unreasonable charges from your loyal customer.
