On enquiry regarding status of my credit card, your representative of Credit Card department of Salt Lake Electronics Complex, Sector-V, Kolkata-91 intimated that letter will be issued before end of April but in vain, moreover, refused to receive my letter in this regard.

So, you are requested to cancel my application immediately & not to issue the card in my favour.
