Dear Sirs,

Please refer your quotation IRSO1164504 dt.22.1.2008 and Customer Code 272689.

We have placed order of one number of R141908SP-Analog D VI Dell stylish 19 Flat panel LCD Monitor and

one 220V power Cord G type (PWRCRD6) on 31.3.2008.

We have also paid total amount of Rs. 12, 392/- in advance by Canara Bank DraftDD-477376 dated 21.4.2008 to your firm at Sriperumbudur.

11 months have passed, DELL not supplied the items ordered and also not refunded the money our institution has paid to your firm. We seek your urgent reply and register the complaint. We are awaiting your reply for further action to be initiated from our end. We solicit your co operation. If no reply is received or items is not supplied on or before 19.3. We are constrained to seek redressal from Consmer Court.
