I can say I'm an evident victim to Zoom Technologies (hyderabad, ameerpet), God knows how many else are there!
I've visited ameerpet branch to negotiate on fee structure as a guardian to one of my relative.
The way they received me was literally unpleasant & arrogant. Being at service provider end that to educational institute.. my god!!
I never expected it. I was surprised! How do they handle students?
I've almost lost my cool, had to be more arrogant. It went as if we were fighting. I myself asked them to lower their voices as they were shouting at me. They completely forgot where they were sitting in.. unfortunately I had to make them realized.
They must be having very rigid rules & standards, I'm not ruling them out. But It should not be like a judicial department.
Always there should be a room for negotiations. After all it's an Institute. Nothing is offered for free!
End of the conversation (fight) I wanted to withdraw from zoom's admission. But hopeless, ball is at their court, they said they could not give my money back in spite of not attending any class yet.
I strongly believe they can never serve students.
Finally I'm completely reluctant on ZOOM.
As such market is rather down... they ought to be more generous & pleasant.
Dear students think before you join any institute like this... there are not institutes money grabbers.
