I have been on deputation from Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Kothagudem, Khammam Dist to Environment Protection Training & Research Institute, Gachibowli, Hyderabad and am not in a position to operate my SB A/c No. 5006. I could not approach due to not having knowledge about website and this is came to my notice on enquiry at one of your branches at Hyderabad.
