Internet is not connecting Tel No. 25012901

I have unlimited broad band connection at my residence and telephone No. is 25012901. I faced a lot of problem as internet is not connecting. This happens regularly. The customer care phone is always busy and they can not be contacted over phone. It is requested that the normal working of internet may please be restored.
