Not received pan card

one of my friend is applied a re-printing pan card on the month feb but till now it was not received, we are checking the status in but till it was under process till now also i check the status but it was same he was very urgent now.his name is sanjay kumar, acknowledgement no.020730200110211 and pan no. no. is ABJPK 8952 B. so please issue the new pan card as soon as possiable thanking you pandu goud

is. i am already gave a complaint but till now problem was not sloved.
