Power cut anytime for long time

Hi,

I dont know whether any action will be taken on this complaint or not but still have some faith.

I stay in Mythri Nagar (ERO - 111- Kikatpally), and facing tremendous trouble from power cut.

They cut the power anytime for 3-4 hrs and many times in 24hrs.

Could you please take some action on this.
