SUBJECT ITSELF IS VERY LONG BEING NOT IN MOOD DUE REPEATED PROBLEM OF NON-AVAILIBILITY OF SPECIALLY INTERNET. BUT IT IS ALSO HAPPENING THAT BECAUSE OF FAILURE OF LANDLINE INTERNET IS NOT AVAILABLE.
DURIONG LAST 3/4 MONTHS THIS HAS BECOME A REGULAR OCCASIONS OF SUCH FAILURE FOR WHICH COMPLAINS WERE ALSO LODGED. THE LINE MAN AS WELL AS THE I/C OFFICER ON LINE NUMBER- IS NOT MOSTLY CONTACTABLE ON THE GROUNDS OF- DEPLOYED ON FAULT REPAIRING -
I HAVE CAME ACROSS THAT FOR NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES AS ABOVE FOR MORE THAN 72 HOURS THEN THE RENT/INTERNET CHARGES CAN NOT BE RECOVERED AS HAS BEEN SETTLED BY SOME JUDICIAL PRONOUNCEMENT. IS IT CORRECT?
I HAVE ALSO ADDRESSED ONE LETTER ON THE ABOVE LINES TO BSNL TIME TO TIME WHICH IS ON SUPPOSED TO BE ON THEIR RECORD BEING AUTOMATICE COMPLAIN SYSTEM-. URJABEN
