I am one of the consumer badly affected by the dubioely us minded authorities housed in CIBIL.
I have sent dd for Rs.142/- to CIBIL a month back to get the CIR from them. Utusnfortunatrly, till today I hv neither received the CIR nor I was able to speak to them over phone to know the status.
I hv been trying to contact them since morning but only lgetting a voicemail and my telephone bill goes up because of this waste of time.
When CIBIL authoriities are very particular to harass the customers by not allowing them to get a loan or credit card in case if they are in the defaulters list, why not we customers take up this issue to whomsoever concerned. The Info.@ cibil.com mail never gives any response. It is equal to the voice mail in a telephone. We have never seen any Company not responding to customers continuously for even a week.
WHO WILL HELP NUMEROUS CUSTOMERS LIKE ME TO OVERCOME THIS CRISIS?
