Phone Not working

Hi Friends,

I have purchased Sony Ericsson W580 Phone of 14000 approx, before 2 day & it is stoped working totaly. When I gave it to the service station, they said to repire the thing.

I asked for the replacement as it is not acceptable at anycost that I will be having the repaired phone after 2 days & paying them 14000.

Please anyone have anyinformation where I can write this please let me know. If anyone is having phone no or address of india's head office then plz forward.
