Delay in clearing cheques due to non availability of scanned signatures and documents

Sir,

My husband (Shri Ajit Krishna Rane) opened an NRE Account (A/C. No. 30101398945) in SBI, JK gram Br. Thane, in the year 2006. My husband gave me Power of Attorney to operate the Account. But I found that many of my cheques getting delayed for clearing due to non availability of scanned signatures of both of us. I reminded Bank Manager for scanning our signatures many times for last four months. One more thing I found that form which was submitted for opening an NRE account has also got misplaced by the Bank. Also I requested Mr. Abyankar for scanning our signatures, he also neglected the same thing and his behaviour is also arrogant. I request you to look into the matter. Otherwise I have to find another bank option.
