Not recieving pan card

Sir,

i am amit rai residant of varanasi. i ve applied to make my pan card... and i ve received

a msz that my pan card no is-AHKPR9159G despatched on 03/11 to the address as

per my address as per my PAN application speed post with consingnment no-EQ702341695IN.

but i could not reciveid any kind of document... plz inform me as soon as posible.
