"For Disabled coach" for Disabled

Sir,

it is a matter of regret to bring yur notice that the coaches for disabled is not available in the trains running in orissa lilke east cost express, jagannath express, dhauli express. etc.

even in the station the station authority is also unknown about the position of the coaches if when it is attached

some times if in any trains it is attached it is either in the first or in the last. but it is very difficult on the part of a disabled to run from the first of the train to the last of the train in the platform.

for this i suggest to the authority to make a circular

1. attach two coaches in every train one in the first and another in the last

2. if it is not possible kindly give instructins to the station master to announce teh postion of the coaches before coming of the train to the platform.

every train should have atleast one coaches
