Non-Receipt of refilled cylinde

Dear Sir (s),

Myself is Indane LPG connection holder having CSC No.7703 and booked my refilled cylinder on 19/04 at Civil Supply Agency, Vijayanagar, Bhuj but till today I have not been delivered the refilled cylinder. This is the problem recently at Bhuj being faced by the customers. Please inquire into and solve the problems to get refilled cylinder at the earliest by the customers.
