Server has not been working from 10-08-08 to 20-08-08

Dear sir,

Our server has not been working from 10-08-08 to 20-08-08 but i read the bill, i am very shocked because my current charges is 924.22 including charge of above mention duration while our server is working down. So please do something in my favour as soon as possible.
