Not received PAN card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had applied for new Pan three weeks ago and while those who applied along with me have already received their PAN number, I have not. The status track still shows that my application is under process. I had submitted my 10th matriculation certificate and family card. Can you kindly check whether there is any problem with any of these documents? What more should I do? Your help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
