Non receipt of cheque book

I had posted my cheque book requisition slip, for my savings a/c no. 230010100175135, with Axis bank, at their Guwahati A.T.Road branch ATM's drop box, on 3rd of August last. But, till date I am yet to receive the fresh cheque book or any other communication from the bank. In absence of which I am facing great difficulty. Please do something about it.
