Permanently delete My Gmail or orkut accounts

To Google Team,

R/Sir or Madam plz permanently delete my Gmail or orkut accounts[user name is &[email protected]] and same user name for orkut Account[i.e. rajprajapaty] as some one hacked my passwords.

I need to know the PORT address and Mail id, tampered date to take legal actions against them.
