Dear Sir;

I worked with M/s Indokem Limited (Trading) Delhi Office from 01/04/1971 to 30/04 my PF A/c no. is MH/2238-269. I would like to request you to kindly give me following informations on priority basis.

1. Total Amount deposited by Indokem in this A/c

2. The company is not giving me full details of PF amount deposited in this a/c no.

I was retired on 30/04 from Accounts Clerk post from M/s Indokem Limited.

An early response will be highly appreciable.
