I the under signed has joined Indorama Synthetics (I) Limited, Silvassa Branch on 5th Jun'08 as a Manager, Marketing. As per our Indorama tie-up / deal with HDFC Bank Premium Corporate Salary account, same account and reimbursement account had been opened on 20th Jun'08.
I applied for new Car loan from HDFC Bank, Silvassa Branch and submitted all required papers and finalised the interest rate also @ 11.5 %. and firnished all the formilities and accepeted by HDFC Bank. Later they have rejected my Car loan appalication due to stability reason i.e. only three months service in new company i.e. Indorama Synthetic (I) Limited, Silvassa (Since last 15 years I worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Nagpur) so there is issue of stability. Bank reperesentive and officals have not told any rules or polices at the time accepting the applications, even after I contact branch managers, car loan head etc. Now Bank officals saying that bank will give the proper reason for rejection of loan application on writing within 15 days.
I also take up the matter with our corporate head office, Delhi and HDFC, Delhi office for finding the reasons of reject of car loan. mean while I can apply car loan at ICICI and they will approve the same with in 3 days @ 12.75 %.
please suggest what can i do and I request to HDFC Bank for difference of intrest rate will be given by HDFC only.
