OD accout got changed to PERSONNEL LOAN

Hi,

I am Venkat, I am having HSBC PLOC (Over Draft) account and I have OD limit of 2.3 lakhs. I am using it whenever I am in need and paying interest. All of a sudden I have received a letter saying that your OD account is getting converted to PERSONNEL LOAN account. I am also having another EMI 1- every month, so I am not in a position to pay 2 EMIs. I am not able to undstand what to do. Please suggest. I am asking them time till I will sell my property to repay the money back as I am running in losses. Please advise. Can my PLOC account can be converted to PERSONNEL LOAN?
