I had purchased the indus inverter in june. Only inverter machine gauranty card was given and battery gauranty card was not given. I had also done yearly maintenance contract in which they have mentioned that if the yearly maintenance contract expires and if it is not renewed then we the purchaser will be responsible for the life of the battery. In february the maintenance person had come and then after six months that is in august he had come. Actually every three months the maintenance persons comes. But the company failed to send their person. In november when i personally had gone to tell them then they had send the person. The technician which was send told that the battery has become weak and you had to replace the battery. When i argued with him that it is because from their side they have failed to come for maintenance and distill water was not put on time the battery had become weak. The person from the Indus inverter company is not ready to accept the mistake from their side and telling me to replace the battery for which i have to pay.
If i am doing the anual maintenance contract & the company person is failling to send the person for maintenance of the battery & the battery gets weaker is it the fault of the complainant.
