Maruti Gear Problem

I purchased my maruthi zen estillo on january.now i faced a problem on gear changing when my car is running, i cant shift the gears FIRST and SECOND.it makes noise and other problems.the officials said i have to pay for this. I want my car in Good condition. Reply me early as possible
