We booked one parsel from our haridwar office to our customer who is in yamana nagar with all invoice, challan & customer road permite.
Our cutomer recived only material box they did not recived road permite or our challan details. sir we are trying to contact many times at your local repersentative, after our many fallup he says to us that road permit is missed in delhi so we can, t help you, you can contact to our delhi office.
finaly we are trying to contact your area manager but we feel that he is very busy persion.
sir our customer is hold our payment and they are not ready to return our material also.
we are requesting you pls solve this problam as soon as posiable.
