This is to inform you that my father and sister applied for passport on 13 June and since that day we are following with the passport office, First they told that it was pending due to come docs missing, we came to passport office and submitted copy with gazetted signature, after two weeks same message appear in the site, We came again and met them they told bring all original with the copy and we brought the same and submitted the same, whenever see the status same message appear, I have visited with them more than ten times to Passport, only the thing they will do take token for adalat and waste the whole day without food at passport office and when our turn comes he will take the documents and says, you will receive your passport next week, I asked him please provide me acknowledgment he tells we never give acknowledgment. and about my father case the message since five months is
