My Mother Passport status unknown

Hi,

My Mother submitted an application for her new passport on 24/06. Police verification also done.

I am checking for the status on web and found that reference is not valid or Information is not available.

Its been already 2 months since we applied for passport.

Could you please look into this issue and respond at the earliest?
