Landline connection problem

Hi,

I m from Kistapuram village... sathupally mandal khamma distrct my landline number is 08761-289797

we got the connection in 2005 .from last 7 ***** months my landline is not working I had given 100 complaints to sathupally JTO... there is no response from bsnl people... we paid the bill for these 7 months... What Should I do with the dead phone???
