Pass port status shows police report incomplete

Hello Sir/Madam, whom ever it may concern,

I have applied Pass port in September '2008 in Bhubaneswar & police verification is done also, but my status is showing Police report is incomplete & case being examined. My ack no is #A028625.

Please suggest what needs to be done in this case. It's urgent. I badly need it.
