Misprint of DOB on PAN card

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Vidhyadhara and my PAN card # AGBPV8215F. I have found that the birth date printed on my PAN card was wrong. So, Kindly let me know the procedure to make it correct, as its one of the important document.
