Mistake in mother's name in passport no. G8543245

Sir,

I received my passport 2 weeks ago. But actually there is one mistake in mother's name. Instead of Lata Ramesh Patil it was printed as Ramesh Patil.

I checked my application form photocopy which is near me & found mother name in that form is right.

So the mistake happened by the passport office itself.

So requsting you to correct such mistake & pl. send me name & contact no. of the concern person & also let me know what i have to do to solve this issue.
