Equest to lock ATM card

I am working in Infotech Enterprises, Hyderabd.

My ATM cum debit Card No. 6220180591600206260 has lost on 20.01.2009 at evening.

My saving A/c No.. 20016466146

I try several time to call 1800112211 and 080-26599990

I also send to mail- [email protected], but no response.

Please kindly arrange to lock the ATM cum debit card
