Omni CBS not good at all

Sir

i am a customer of a co-operative bank which has done core banking. the service time has tremendously increased after core banking. when asked the bank manager about this he said the new software put in is not at all good it takes several minutes for transaction to get through. also the training provided to their staff is inadequate. I would say bank was better of without CBS.
