Appreciate if you let me know if the processing fee of Rs.11, 236.00/- paid towards a Pre- approved home loan is refundable after deduction.
Further I was only Informed over phone that a loan is approved and I have not singed on any approval documents. Also the loan sanctioned does not cover the 85% of property value;
I will not be availing the loan can I move legally to get the refund net bank changes, while the bank has not replied to any of my mail/request whether it refund or not. Thank you for your advice
