Delay in process and no proper responce

My PF withdrawal forms has submitted to RPFC on 28-Aug-09 application form was submitted on through ING Vysya life Insurance Co Ltd. Bangalore, I tried to contact the PF office but no response, till date refund is not credited to my account. Pls let me know when it will be credited. My PF Account number is KN/25113/10805.

Also kindly let me know whether your people are intrested to do things on time.
