LEGAL NOTICE-2
In continuation of earlier legal notice dated 22nd September:
Earlier I have sent you my legal notice -1, but you have not responded properly so far, In this regard I would like to bring to your kind notice my issue, As my INNOVA car met with an accident in the month of April. The insurance company of your dealer has asked your dealer Radha Madhav, Vijayawada to start repair the car in the month of June and your dealer completed the work in the month of Oct after I visited personally two times and after my staff’s regular visits to Vijayawada’s Toyota dealer several times the task has been completed. The dealer has taken 4 months (four months) to repair my vehicle.
Your dealer company has given me estimation for Rs 4.84 lakhs, whether the insurance company has given an approval or not I have no idea. But your dealer Radha Madhav, Vijayawada INDIA billed for Rs 3.84 lakhs. Now insurance company approved Rs 2.84 lakhs and your dealer is demanding me to pay Rs0.95lakhs. It is purely a collusion between your dealer and insurance company.
I have purchased INNOVA car in the month of October hardly 6 months later, the vehicle met with an accident. To repair my vehicle it took 6 months almost one year is over. I have already paid Rs10 lakhs to you. I am paying monthly Rs 20500/- to ICICI bank, Hyd.
I personally demand Rs 2.00lakhs from you immediately. Within 3 days you have to reply me otherwise I am forced to take legal action against you.
