I have booked tickets in Inox chennai using online booking for the movie Vinnai thaandi varuvaaya on 7/3 for 9.00 am show in Audi 1 (club : 120) for 4 people (Rs.520). My seats were F1, F2, F3, F4 . After all the booking procedures, it showed some error instead of confirmation. But, when I checked my Account (ICICI) Rs. 520 was deducted from balance clearly stating that payment has been made to Inox L for movie VIN. I didn t get any mail regarding the ticket booking. Please do the needful and try to refund my money as soon as possible.
