Wrong charges

These guys did something similar to me and didnt even respond. Please find below my email sent to them with no responce. kindy take actions against them and refund my money

Give me your MD name and official address since i am not going to leave this. we are lawyers and i will ensure that you pay for this heart burn we have gone through.

It is your duty to send us an email or SMS if a booking is confirmed & not our duty to check my account etc

How can you expect us to retrieve bookings when we got a message that the transaction failed?

prove that you send an email or SMS to us on the booking.

If your website is useless and cant give me a confirmation message, why should i keep checking if by sheer good luck the ticket was confirmed everytime a transaction failed?

I have already sent enough emails to your heads on how ridiculous your website is & now i also see the service has deteriorated now.

Like i said we are lawyers and putting a case is nothing to us. if we dont question the injustice of companies like you, the public wont. Give me the MD name, corporate head quarters name.

Further note as the booking was confirmed; as a result we are unable to process the refund for the confirmed booking.

I checked with abhishek and he confirms that he didn't receive any email. Prove it if you can.

We struggled for more than 1 hour in inox website (chk the attempts that day) that we finally had to book it through bookmyshow. We are not mad to book again if we got the information that booking is confirmed in inox website.

This is unacceptable and I refuse to pay twice for one movie
