Post man
Insecurely keeping the postal letters, Telephone Bills & Parcels outside the house

Hi Sir,

I am raising a complaint against a post man named Mr. Gnanasekar who delivers postal letters, telephone bills and parcels to our area.[Manali, Chennai - 600068]. He is an official post man for our area. He always used to keep things outside our house. He never used to call us whenever he comes in. Once we noticed that telephone bill was kept outside the house it was a rainy day. Bill got wet and the condition is poor. Somehow we managed and paid the bill. Likewise he came today[27-July] luckily i was at home i was asking about his carelessness and poor service to him. He told that its mandatory to keep the post box or polythene cover at the gate. I requested him to at least to put letters/bills/parcels at our open veranda[Corridor] somehow things should be safe. He told that it is not his duty and started arguing with me. I asked for his employee id. He pretends and walked away from our house.

I don't think its hard to ensure that the products/things reaching he customers safely. unless we lost things we don't value it. I requesting you to take necessary actions against him.
