Non delivery even after notified period and no proper response

Dear sir/madam,

I have booked a laptop with Dell India on 18th of April. The sales representative that attended me was Miss Aswathy MC. I had put up a request to get the laptop delivered asap for some specified purpose and the same had been duly communicated to her.

I was given assurance of the delivery by 27/04/09 but to no avail after repeatedly following up for the laptop since that day the laptop is said to be in given in delivery and same has not yet been despatched from there office (As per customer care).

It has been pathetic to communicate to them since they have stopped answering the calls especially the sales representatives and operaters dont even know how to speak to customers.

It has been rude response from Dell India a company with high international standards. This was not expected from a company like DELL. The most pathetic part is they have no stores operating all over Mumbai hence to get the laptop we have to communicate to these foolish and irresponsible people who are just concerned with their sales targets. These negligent and immature representatives do not intend to provide any kind customer services. Once the payment is made their representatives do confirm whether it is correctly made but they dont want to bother on providing the right product on time.

It has been my worst experience till date of dealing with such a pathetic multinational and for future I would always go for an Indian Company. Atleast they are trustworthy.
