Delay in Provident Found Cancelation

Respected Sir,

SUB: Delay in Provident Found Cancelation.

I was submitted my PF Cancelation form to the Institute on 22nd October.(6 Months Ago) But I didn’t get my amount yet. This delay is not only for me but also 4 no’s of ex employ’s. I am facing very much financial problems Due to this delay.

PF No: AP/43103/123.

Kindly Help me from this issue and from my financial problems.
