I have purchased one costly white board from chchara avishkar complex baroda... now i do agree that problem has been arised in the board after one year of purchse and there are some defects produced in the board because of which i m not able to write properly on board so for the same matter i contacted mr desai of chchara sales... but he avoided the complain many times and he just avoided it for more than a month and finally he said that you get it repaired from local carpenter. my point is that even if they are charging anything but get it repaired i have no objection... but they simply refused to serve... i request everyone to not buy anything from chchara as after you buy a product service is important and they didnt do it
